For Admission related inquiries, the candidates and their parents should personaly visit the office of the Lady Irwin College. On campus counselling is provided.
The eligibility for B.Sc. (Hons) Home Science is English with Physics, Chemistry and Biology; and for B.Sc. General eligibility is English and three other subjects, the details of which are given in College Prospectus 2006-2007.
Study Abroad Program is being offered with all the post-graduate courses for Summer Placement in "Michigan State University, U.S.A.". This is the only College of the University of Delhi, where Study Abroad Programe is offered with all the Post-graduate courses in the areas of Home Science education, since 1999.
The courses are as follows:
M.Sc. Home Science (Food and Nutrition)
M.Sc. Home Science (Child Development)
M.Sc. Home Science (Textile and Clothing)
M.Sc. Home Science (Community Resource Management & Extension)
The College also offers B.Ed. (Home Science) and Post-graduate Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition which is taught in College.
