GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ADMISSION
Candidates seeking admission to the Masters degree course should have passed the relevant qualifying examination and fulfill the ‘Eligibility Requirements’. Further details are available in the admission brochure.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
The selection of the candidates for admission to the Applied Psychology course are made on the basis of their performance in an Admission Test conducted by the Department. The Written Test consists of objective type questions covering basic knowledge in the subject of Psychology at the undergraduate level. Based on the performance in the Written test, eligible candidates will be called for group discussion and interview. A. The multiple choice questions would be drawn from the following areas : (a) General Psychology (b) Social Psychology (c) Research Methods & Statistics in Psychology (d) Clinical Psychology (e) Industrial Psychology/Organisational Behaviour
Candidates will be selected for admission in order of merit prepared on the basis of following weightage:
