  • How to update my Samarth Profile?
    • Login to DU ERP Samarth portal (https://du.samarth.ac.in/)
    • To update any of your information, click on the “Employee Services” tab on the left side menu of the screen
    • The next page will open a dashboard - please select "Profile" tab in the Employee Section
    • Simply click on “Request for updates” to change and enter the relevant information
    • Once you have made all of the necessary updates, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page
    • Your changes will now be saved as a draft in your profile. Click on View button
    • Then Click on “Submit for review”
    • The changes will be reflected once they are verified/approved by the respective Establishment Branch
  • How to get my DU Identity Card?
      Login to du.samarth.ac.in with your credentials
    • Update your profile details as per notification
    • Click on Governance (on left panel)
    • Click on 'Create a New Service Ticket' under IT Service Desk
    • Choose 'Request for ID Card' in Service Queue
    • Enter your Name in Details
    • Upload extension order for contact employees, old ID card for regular employees and appointment letter for new recruitment
    • Click Save
    • Click Submit
    • To get the Identity Card, please contact Estate Branch
  • How to get DU email ID and WiFi?
    • Visit DUCC website (ducc.du.ac.in)
    • Go to Services >> Online Services >> Email / Wi-Fi Application Forms
    • Fill in your details for New Email/Wi-Fi ID
    • Click on Continue
    • You will receive an email on your personal email ID provided in the form
  • How to apply for DU Medical Card?
  • Promotion of teachers under Career Advancement Scheme (CAS - 2018)
  • Profile on DU Website
    • Please visit the respected Department page for your name on DU Website. If name is not on DU Website, please send Email to (websitedu@du.ac.in) through your Department Office/HOD.
  • Application Form for DU Email / Wi-Fihttps://ducc.du.ac.in/wp3/email-wi-fi-application-forms/
  • Get GeM Registration Form -
    • Login to du.samarth.ac.in with your credentials
    • Update your Profile Details as per Notification
    • Click on Goverance (on left panel)
    • Click on ‘Create a New Service Ticket’ under IT Service Desk
    • Choose ‘Request for GeM Account’ in Service Queue
    • Enter your Name in Details
    • Upload ID card
    • Click Save
    • Click Submit
  • Get Plagiarism Detection Software – Trunitin -
    • Login to your Samarth portal – du.samarth.ac.in
    • Governance -> IT Service Desk – > Request for Turnitin Account
    • In Details, please mention your official DU email (.du.ac.in)
