38वें अंतर-विश्वविद्यालय क्षेत्रीय युवा महोत्सव में डीयू ने जीते 16 पुरस्कार
संगीत श्रेणी में डीयू के नाम हुई ओवर आल ट्रॉफी, साहित्यिक श्रेणी में पाया दूसरा स्थान
नई दिल्ली, 12 फरवरी।

दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय ने एआईयू के 38वें अंतर-विश्वविद्यालय क्षेत्रीय युवा महोत्सव में कुल सोलह पुरस्कार जीते हैं। इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए डीयू कल्चर काउंसिल के चेयर पर्सन अनूप लाठर ने बताया कि हिसार के ॐ स्टर्लिंग ग्लोबल विश्वविद्यालय में 8 से 12 फरवरी तक आयोजित हुए इस महोत्सव में दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय की कुल 20 टीमों में 41 प्रतिभागीयों ने हिस्सा लिया था। उन्होंने बताया कि विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं में डीयू के प्रतिभागियों ने पांच प्रथम, चार द्वितीय, पांच तृतीय, एक चतुर्थ और एक पांचवां पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया है।

डीयू कल्चर काउंसिल के डीन प्रो. रविंद्र कुमार ने विस्तार से जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि संगीत श्रेणी में ओवर आल ट्रॉफी का प्रथम विजेता भी दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि साहित्यिक श्रेणी में ओवर आल ट्रॉफी का द्वितीय विजेता डीयू रहा है। इसे साथ ही महोत्सव की ओवर आल ट्रॉफी में भी दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय फ़र्स्ट रनरअप रहा है।
प्रो. रविंद्र कुमार ने बताया कि वेस्टर्न इंस्ट्रूमेंटल सोलो, क्लासिकल इंस्ट्रूमेंटल सोलो (पर्क्यूशन), वेस्टर्न वोकल, ऑन स्पॉट फोटोग्राफी और क्विज में डीयू की टीमों ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया है। उन्होंने बताया कि क्लासिकल वोकल, क्लासिकल इंस्ट्रूमेंटल सोलो (नॉन-पर्क्यूशन), ऑन द स्पॉट पेंटिंग और वाद-विवाद श्रेणियों में डीयू की टीमों ने दूसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया। इसी प्रकार लाइट वोकल (भारतीय), समूह गान, क्लासिकल डांस, मिमिक्री और कार्टूनिंग की श्रेणियों में डीयू की टीमों को तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त हुआ है। इसके साथ ही कॉलेज और एलोक्यूशन श्रेणियों में क्रमशः चौथा और पांचवां स्थान प्राप्त हुआ।

DU won the overall trophy in the music category, got second place in the literary category

Delhi University has won a total of sixteen awards in the 38th AIU Inter-University North West Zone Youth Festival. Giving information in this regard, DU Culture Council Chairperson Anoop Lather said that 41 participants from a total of 20 teams of Delhi University participated in this festival organized from 8 to 12 February at Om Sterling Global University, Hisar. He said that in various competitions, DU participants have received five first, four second, five third, one fourth and one fifth prize.

DU Culture Council Dean Prof. Ravindra Kumar gave detailed information and said that Delhi University has also been the first winner of the overall trophy in the music category. He said that DU has been the second winner of the overall trophy in the literary category. Along with this, Delhi University has also been the first runner up in the overall trophy of the festival.

Prof. Ravindra Kumar told that DU teams have got first place in Western Instrumental Solo, Classical Instrumental Solo (Percussion), Western Vocal, On the Spot Photography and Quiz. He told that DU teams got second place in Classical Vocal, Classical Instrumental Solo (Non-Percussion), On the Spot Painting and Debate categories. Similarly, DU teams have got third place in the categories of Light Vocal (Indian), Group Song, Classical Dance, Mimicry and Cartooning. Along with this, fourth and fifth place were obtained in College and Elocution categories respectively.
