38वें एआईयू अंतर-विश्वविद्यालय राष्ट्रीय युवा महोत्सव में डीयू ने जीते 13 पुरस्कार

38वें एआईयू अंतर-विश्वविद्यालय राष्ट्रीय युवा महोत्सव में दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय ने 14 श्रेणियों में भाग लिया और कुल 13 स्थान जीते। इस सबंध में जानकारी देते हुए डीयू सांस्कृतिक परिषद के चेयर पर्सन अनूप लाठर ने बताया कि इस समारोह का आयोजन 3 से 7 मार्च तक एमिटी विश्वविद्यालय (नोएडा) में आयोजित किया गया था। उन्होंने बताया कि राष्ट्रीय युवा महोत्सव में दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय ने दूसरी बार भाग लिया था और ओवरआल प्रतियोगिता में तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया है। डीयू कुलपति प्रो. योगेश सिंह ने इस उपलब्धि के लिए सभी विजेताओं और प्रतिभागियों सहित सम्पूर्ण दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय परिवार को बधाई दी है।

डीयू संस्कृति परिषद के डीन प्रो. रविंदर कुमार ने विस्तार से जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इस युवा महोत्सव में देशभर से कुल 148 विश्वविद्यालयों ने भाग लिया था। उन्होंने बताया कि डीयू की टीमों ने 2 प्रथम, 5 द्वितीय, 5 तृतीय और एक चतुर्थ पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया। इसके साथ ही समग्र (ओवर आल) संगीत श्रेणी में दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय ने दूसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया और समग्र प्रतियोगिता में तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया। उन्होंने बताया कि दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय की टीमों ने शास्त्रीय नृत्य एकल और शास्त्रीय वाद्य एकल (पर्क्यूशन) में प्रथम पुरस्कार प्राप्त किए हैं। लाइट वोकल सोलो (भारतीय), वेस्टर्न वोकल सोलो, समूह गान, वेस्टर्न इंस्ट्रूमेंट सोलो और वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता में डीयू की टीमों ने द्वितीय पुरस्कार प्राप्त किए हैं।

शास्त्रीय वाद्य एकल (गैर-पर्क्यूशन), शास्त्रीय वोकल सोलो, ऑन द स्पॉट पेंटिंग, मिमिक्री और कार्टूनिंग में डीयू की टीमों ने तृतीय पुरस्कार प्राप्त किए हैं। ऑन स्पॉट फोटोग्राफी में डीयू की टीम ने चतुर्थ पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया है।

DU won 13 positions in the 38 th AIU Inter-University National Youth Festival

DU participated in the national competition for the second time; won third place in overall: Anoop Lather

New Delhi, March 07

University of Delhi participated in 14 categories in the 38 th AIU Inter-University National Youth Festival and won a total of 13 places. Giving information in this regard, Chairperson DU Culture Council Anoop Lather said that this festival was organized from 3 rd to 7 th March at Amity University (Noida). He said that DU participated in the National Youth Festival for the second time and has secured third position in the overall competition. DU Vice Chancellor Prof. Yogesh Singh has congratulated all the winners, participants and entire DU family for this achievement.

Giving detailed information, Dean of Cultural Council Prof. Ravinder Kumar said that a total of 148 universities had participated in this youth festival. He informed that DU teams got 2 first, 5 second, 5 third and one fourth prize. Along with this, DU secured second place in the overall Music category and third place in the overall competition.

He told that DU teams have got first prizes in Classical Dance Solo and Classical Instrument Solo (Percussion). DU teams have got second prizes in Light Vocal Solo (Indian), Western Vocal Solo, Group Song, Western Instrument Solo and Debate competition. DU teams have got third prizes in Classical Instrumental Solo (Non-Percussion), Classical Vocal Solo, On the Spot Painting, Mimicry and Cartooning. DU team has got fourth prize in On Spot Photography.
